WISCONSIN DELLS 

FARMERS MARKET 

The Wisconsin Dells Farmers' Market will be held every Sunday starting May 25, - September 28, 2025 (excluding Wo-Zha-Wa Weekend, no market Sunday, September 14) with the market running from 9:30am - 3:00pm. The location of the market will be held at the Elm Street Plaza (350 Broadway, Wisconsin Dells).  Vendor spaces will be ASSIGNED spaces for 2025.

Review the following guidelines and submit the registration form and fee.

Farmers' Market Guidelines:

1. Requirements:

  • Copyrighted, decorative kits and commercially purchased items are not allowed. All items must be made by the vendor! Failure to follow this rule is cause for dismissal from the market (no refund issued). 
  • No slang, derogatory, political, or swear words are allowed to be sold on products. Failure to follow this rule can cause for dismissal or removal of the product from your setup immediately. (no refund issued). 
  • The City of Wisconsin Dells/Wisconsin Dells Festivals, Inc and Dells Downtown Event Management reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding allowable products.
  • The City of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau, Wisconsin Dells Festivals, Inc. and/or Dells Downtown Event Management will not be held responsible for damage to merchandise, display units, or personal property. 
  • All spaces are assigned to each vendor. No exceptions!
  • Registration must be completed online and full payment must be received prior to being confirmed (this includes all processing fees & sales tax).  
  • Dells Downtown Event Management retain the right to reject or remove any vendor for any reason (no refund issued). 
  • All vendors must complete a Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information Form and return with the application. This form can be found at:

2. Booth Rental:

  • Vendor spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’ in size.
  • Vendors must provide their own setup including tent, tables etc.
  • Please do not set-up in front of the wings mural wall or the entrances onto the Plaza (No tents should be on the sidewalk of Broadway). 
  • Tents should be set-up against the seat walls if positioned by one, please do not block the walk ways unless specified by market manager. 
  • Electricity is not available.
  • Vendor charge is as follows: $17.61 per space, per day (includes registration, processing fee, and sales tax). 
  • $176.14 per space for the entire season (includes registration, processing fee, and sales tax) (This does not include Wo-Zha-Wa Weekend).
  • $293.56 for full season + Wo-Zha-Wa Weekend (includes registration, processing fee, and sales tax). You may reserve more than one space (only available for full season vendors for an additional $100). For full season + Wo-Zha-Wa Weekend & 1 additional space cost is $410.99 (includes registration, processing fee, and sales tax). 
  • Wo-Zha-Wa Weekend can be purchased for an additional charge to weekly vendors (must pay and attend at least 5 market weeks to qualify). 
  • If paying via check please make check payable to Dells Downtown Event Management. Mail payments to PO Box 695 Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965 or provide to Elm Street Plaza staff member working. Your space is not confirmed until registration is submitted below and full payment has been received. Failure to pay will result in dismissal from the market. 

3. Set-up:

  • Vendors are required to be set up by 9:30 am and until 3:00 pm.
  • We reserve the right to allow or deny set-up.
  • Please be respectful of your neighboring vendors. No bullying or harassment will be allowed - failure to follow these rules will have you removed from the market. No exceptions!! (no refund provided). 

4. Tear Down:

  • Vendors are only allowed to leave early if they sell out.
  • Vendors police and clean their own area. DO NOT LEAVE BOXES AND GARBAGE BEHIND PLEASE!

Fees are $15.00 / daily vendor space, $250.00/ seasonal vendor spaces + Wo-Zha-Wa , & Full Season Vendor (no Wo-Zha-Wa) is $150.00. These prices do not include processing fees & tax. Please refer to total line amount for total due. ALL spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’.
Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS

Terms & Agreements

I understand and agree that the City of Wisconsin Dells and/or the Wisconsin Dells Visitor & Convention Bureau, Wisconsin Dells Festivals, Inc. and/or Dells Downtown Event Management is not responsible for the loss/damage of display material, sale items or personal property. I have read, do understand, and will abide by the guidelines provided to me to participate in this event.
